Sorovan Inc. ("we" or "us") sets forth the following regarding the handling of information of users and their employees in the app "Tablet Time Clock - Flat Monthly Rate Regardless of Headcount" (the "App") that we provide.
【Core of this Policy】 The App does not transmit or store employee rosters, attendance records, or other personal information that users enter to our servers. All data is stored only on the user's device (local storage).
Therefore, we do not retain or manage any personal information of users or their employees, and we have neither the authority nor the ability to view, provide, correct, or delete such data.
The entity that collects and manages employee personal information through the App is the "user (employer, etc.)," and we merely provide the management tool.
Users are obligated to provide appropriate privacy explanations to employees at their own responsibility and to comply with personal information protection laws in each jurisdiction (Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
When users enable the backup feature within the App (such as iCloud or Google Drive), data is transferred to the storage services provided by each platform.
Such backup data is managed in accordance with the privacy policies of Apple Inc. or Google LLC, and we do not access or manage it.
For the purpose of improving the App's quality and understanding usage, we use "Firebase Analytics" provided by Google LLC.
Firebase Analytics collects device identifiers (such as IDFV) and in-app operation logs (taps, screen transitions, etc.), but these are used only as statistical information and do not identify specific individuals.
Collected information is managed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
We strive to implement appropriate security measures in the App's programs.
However, we assume no responsibility for information leakage due to device theft, loss, unauthorized access, or OS vulnerabilities. Device security (passcode settings, etc.) is the user's own responsibility.
Japanese law shall govern the interpretation of this Policy.
【Japanese Priority Clause】 The Japanese version of this Policy shall be the original and official version. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the Japanese version and translated versions, the Japanese version shall prevail in all respects.
Since we do not retain users' personal information, we cannot respond to individual requests for data disclosure or deletion. For inquiries regarding the App's specifications, please contact us through our official website.
